| 1. What dile formats can I send and receive from you? |

100, cnd, dsb, dst, dsz, emb, exp, jef, ksm, pes, pof, tap, xxx & others
We usually send in DST files unless/otherwise instructed for any other format request from our customers.
Please let us know your specific requirements for any other file formats for downloading or uploading.

We can digitize from almost anything: scanned garment, hand drawing, photographs-
our graphic designers will clean up the artwork and if in doubt, we will send you back the artwork for your approval.
You can even let us know a website or a specific link to fetch your artwork from.

| 2. Do you perform quality checks? |
|
On receiving your artwork, we check its requirements- if something appears to be missing.
We immediately call or email you. After that, your design is assigned to a digitizer, which in the case of our regular customers is pre-assigned, thus enabling us a better understanding of their digitizing styles.
Once the design is completed, the head digitizer conducts an on-screen check focused on technicalities: stitch density, sequencing, trims, color changes. The sew-out is rechecked by the head digitizer and corrections are made and re-sewn until its perfect. Once the head digitizer finalizes the design, the service team does an overall recheck to make sure that no aspect of the order has been missed out on, for example, any other special instructions provided.

| 3. Is there any charge to open an account on your website? |
|
There is no charge to open an account on our website. It is absolutely free. All you pay for is the actual digitizing.
We offer free estimates with digital sew outs.

| 4. How many art files can I submit when entering an order? |
|
Most of our customers only need to submit one or two art files, but you have the ability to submit as many files to our email as well.

| 5. Can I get 2 options for a logo? |
|
Second options are provided if:
(a) We feel that your logo may not sew out too well - we sometimes draw out some options for you to pick before digitizing:
(b) We feel that you’d prefer to pick from two different looks (both which look good to us);
(c) We are confused/unclear about your requirements. Please remember: there is never a charge for the provision of 2nd options!

| 6. Do you provide any other services? |
|

We have a highly experienced team that has a tremendous amount of experience in all aspects of the embroidery and Vector art services.
As a result, we are glad to provide our clients with the best quality that they expect from us.

| 7. I want multiple sizes of one logo or I have to embroider lots of names, will I be charged full price for each? |
|
Often for minor size differences, we will not charge you. Also, we give special discounts for names. If you have a certain target price for any logo, let us know and we’ll attempt to match it.

| 8. What fabric/garments do you digitize for? What about special embroideries? |
|
Top-notch has the capability to digitize virtually anything: left and full chest, caps, visors, beanies, jacket backs, gloves, patches, sleeves, towel, golf, and other bags, as well as fabrics such as pique, jersey, fleece, polyester, leather. We can also handle special embroideries such as foam, appliqué, redwork, and sequins.
