Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

Electronic Delivery: All completed design files are delivered 100% electronically via the email address provided during checkout.

Turnaround Time: Standard delivery is completed within 12 to 24 hours. High-priority or complex designs may require additional time, which will be communicated to the client upon order confirmation. 

File Formats: Files are provided in the specific formats requested by the client (e.g., DST, PES, EMB, AI, EPS).
